The English Rugby Football Union (RFU) has followed Bath by delaying their disciplinary hearing for England prop Kevin Yates.

Bath had initially scheduled a hearing for yesterday, but were forced to postpone it until February 3rd when Yates' legal team went to the High Court in London last weekend to seek more time to gather evidence and prepare a case.

As a result the RFU disciplinary panel will not sit to conduct its hearing until after the Bath hearing has been concluded.
