Aidan O'Brien has confirmed that if King Of Kings does run in the Irish 2,000 Guineas, Christy Roche will take over from Michael Kinane, who is committed to the Dermot Weld trained Two-Twenty-Two.
The Ballydoyle trainer is also likely to be represented in Sunday's Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (the French 1,000 Guineas) at Longchamp by Saturday's Athasi Stakes winner Kincara Palace.
O'Brien, whose sister-in-law, Frances Crowley, has applied to take out a licence to train, has also left Heeremandi in the Group three Prix Saint-Georges over five furlongs on the same card.
