Aidan O'Brien, successful in the 1998 Prix Morny with Orpen, is responsible for a third of the remaining nine entries in the big juvenile prize at Deauville on Sunday.
The Irish trainer left in his impressive Prix Robert Papin winner Rossini, plus his Heinz 57 Phoenix Stakes first and third, Fasliyev and Buffalo Berry, at the initial forfeit stage yesterday.
The Morny has all makings of a high class contest with Godolphin's unbeaten July Stakes winner, City On A Hill, also amongst the acceptors.
Bachir, John Gosden's unbeaten Richmond Stakes winner, and his equally undefeated stablemate Warm Heart, also have the gallic feature as an option.
Harbour Island and Peter Chapple-Hyam's Mount Abu, the Prix de Cabourg 1-2, and the Listed placed Grigorovich, round out the remaining acceptors.
The O'Brien pair, Twickenham and Urban Ocean, have also been left in the Group Two Prix Kergorlay (1m 7f) on the same card.
The Irish trainer is similarly keeping his options open in the Listed Prix de Lieurey (1m), again on the same card, with Aspen Leaves.
Simon Dow's Turtle Valley again failed to fire in France by finishing last of five to Colour Scheme (51-10) in the £15,070 Listed Michel Houyvet (1m 7f) at Deauville yesterday. The raider joined the leaders turning for home only to weaken and get beaten around four lengths.
Turtle Valley was unplaced on his two previous French outings.
