Old rivalries will be renewed when the Leinster finals of the Irish Schools' championships are concluded at Rathfarnham next Monday. Keen rugby rivals Blackrock College and Terenure College will meet in one semi-final while the other will be contested by St Paul's College, Raheny and the Kings Hospital. In last week's quarter-finals Blackrock beat Kilkenny CBS 3-2, Terenure were 4-1 winners over St Mary's Academy, Carlow; St Paul's got the better of neighbours Malahide Community School 3-2 and Kings Hospital were 4-1 winners over Colaiste Choilm, Swords.
