Leinster wing Shane Horgan has been omitted from the squad to face Ulster in the Magners League on Stephens's Day.
The Ireland wing is carrying a rib injury he picked up in the European Cup defeat to Edinburgh at the weekend.
Michael Cheika has no other such worries with Brian O'Driscoll, Gordon D'Arcy, Girvan Dempsey and Felipe Contepomi available for selection in the backline.
Leo Cullen, Bernard Jackman, Malcolm O'Kelly and Ollie le Roux all emerged unscathed from the 27-10 defeat and will be considered for the pack.
The team is due to be named on Sunday afternoon.
Leinster are looking to maintain their position at the top of the league despite a disappointing showing in the European Cup. They lead Cardiff Blues by just one point having played a game more than the Welsh side.
The Blues, however, are at home in a local derby against the Dragons on the 26th and will be looking to capitalise on any slip-up by Cheika's men.
Kick-off for what is expected to be a sell-out at the RDS, is at 3pm.
