European Round-up: Cardiff crashed to their 14th away European Cup defeat in a row as a play-off hunting Stade Français grabbed the box seat in Pool Six in Paris after a 25-16 win.
David Young's men kept in touch in the opening 40 minutes as young outhalf Nick Macleod kicked the goals, but a first-half try double from Stade winger Julien Arias gave his side a 21-9 lead at the break.
Prop Rodrigo Roncero was pushed over the try-line to score in the opening minutes of the second half and Stade never looked back in the four-tries-to-one victory.
Replacement Olivier Sarramea was the other Stade try-scorer. Stade need only one point in next weekend's trip to Gloucester to guarantee a quarter-final spot.
In Pool Three, Toulouse mastered the miserable Hughendon conditions to claim a 30-10 victory - though gutsy Glasgow made them battle all the way for the maximum points haul.
After early home pressure Toulouse snatched control with their first raid of the game. Vincent Clerc easily brushed aside Calvin Howarth's feeble challenge, leaving a clear path to the line for for full back Nicholas Jeanjean.
Further tries from Gregor Lamboley, Florian Fritz and Clerc killed off the home side's challenge.
