With Aidan O'Brien set to decide today who he will send to Epsom for Saturday's Epsom Derby one definite Irish runner will be Sunshine Street.
The Sunshine Forever colt has been confirmed a runner by Noel Meade and will be the Co Meath trainer's first runner in an English classic. John Murtagh will ride Sunshine Street, who has been runner-up three times this season including when beaten by Risk Material at Leopardstown.
It will be a critical morning at Ballydoyle, however, and yesterday O'Brien was keeping his options open. "Tomorrow will tell us what to add and what to subtract. King Of Kings is very well as is Second Empire, and Saratoga Springs is in good form after France. I couldn't discount him either," O'Brien said.
