Superior fitness and the ability to take advantage of their scoring opportunities proved to be the deciding factors for Castlehaven in yesterday's All-Ireland club quarter-final at Ruislip.
Only two points separated the sides coming into the final quarter, but the home team's Maurice Somers then took a point with the goal at his mercy. This spurred Castlehaven to new heights, and with Larry Tompkins laying on the passes, they went on a final scoring spree.
