Galway United v Longford Town (Terryland Park, 7.45)
Stuart Holt, who salvaged a point against Bohemians on Tuesday night by coming off the bench to score with a terrific free-kick, gets the chance to stake a claim for a regular place as he starts his first game of the season for suspension-hit Longford.
Right-back Alan Murphy and midfielder Alan Reynolds start two and three-match bans respectively. With Paul McNally (Achilles) a doubt, manager Stephen Kenny has a few holes to fill.
Vinny Perth is likely to slot in at right-back with Stuart Byrne on stand-by for McNally. If not, he'll partner Holt in the centre of midfield.
Second from bottom Galway, who've lost their last three games, are struggling at the back. Darragh Sheridan is suspended, while Billy Clery, who reverted to central defence for Tuesday's defeat to Derry, is a doubt with a knee injury.
