The Australian Under-17 international touring party annihilated an Ulster selection in a compromise rules games at Silverbridge, Co Armagh, yesterday.

Played in very poor conditions, with showers of hail falling throughout, the bitterly cold conditions did not suit either team.

Ulster played their best football in the first quarter when they were just one point behind on the score of 3-2. But they fell apart in the second quarter as the Australians completed dominated this period to lead by 32 to 6.

The third quarter saw the touring party again take control and they ran out easy winners.
