Conor Frawley (Finn Harps), Leonard Curtis (Shamrock Rovers) and David Crawley (Dundalk) were also banned for two games as a result of reaching 20 penalty points in recent weeks. All four suspensions will take effect. from Monday, December 30th.
There was better news for Dundalk manager John Hewitt in the form of Brendan Markey's quick return from injury.
