Tyrone 0-16 Down 1-8TYRONE COASTED into the final for the second year running with a comfortable win at Casement Park last night.
It took three games to separate these teams in the under-21 championship last year, but it was clear from early that there was clear daylight between these teams.
Tyrone were the dominant force from the start, and led by 0-9 to 0-4 at half-time, all of their scores coming from play.
And Tyrone were comfortable in the third quarter when they led 0-13 to 0-6.
Burren’s Donal OHare did claim a goal in the 49th minute, but, unfortunately for Down, it was too little, too late.
