ULSTER MFC Tyrone 1-10 Down 0-10: THOMAS CANAVAN proved the difference between the sides at Casement Park yesterday as his haul of 1-4 helped Tyrone see off Down to book their place in the Ulster minor final.
Down were 0-3 to 0-1 up after 11 minutes before Canavan fired over three points. He also grabbed the game’s only goal on the half-hour and Tyrone never looked back.
