WOMEN'S HOCKEY:AFTER A flurry of activity, this weekend sees a reduced programme of club matches, with just three Leinster first division fixtures.

In Munster, UCC are in action tomorrow and Sunday, days after the students won the Munster Senior Cup. Their 3-1 defeat of Bandon, after they had trailed to an Alison Kingston goal, was their first in the competition since 1995.
