President's Cup: The US won the sixth Presidents Cup against the Internationals yesterday, securing their 18th point when Chris DiMarco beat Australia's Stuart Appleby one up in the last-day singles.

Tied at 11 all going into the final day's singles the US set an early marker by winning three of the first four singles yesterday.

Justin Leonard got the home side off to the ideal start with a 4 and 3 win over Tim Clark.
