Dublin Tournament/St Patrick's Athletic 0 Aston Villa 6: Juan-Pablo Angel scored two first-half goals that put David O'Leary's Aston Villa on their way to a comfortable victory over St Patrick's Athletic in the final of the Dublin Tournament at Tolka Park yesterday.
Angel's first goal came after 37 minutes when he rose to head home a Mark Delaney cross.
Just six minutes later Angel was at it again, this time the Columbian international managed to get in behind the Pat's defence to toe-poke home Peter Whittingham's cross.
The game started to a get a bit tetchy in the second-half and Pat's manager Eamonn Collins was banished from the sideline for his protests.
A host of second-half substitutions seemed to up Villa's tempo and four late goals, two from Allback, one from Hitzlsperger and a Peter Whittingham volley, sealed the win for Villa.
