WHICH TEAM is worse off? That will be decided on Roscommon’s home patch after conditions spoiled last Saturday’s meeting.

Despite the promised graduation of their 2006 All-Ireland winning minors they lack the resources to replace injured trio Karol Mannion, David Casey and John Nolan.

Adrian Morrissey and Eric Bradley return for Wexford. Both featured off the bench last week with Bradley notching two invaluable points, while Morrissey has made a recovery from a groin operation.

Ciarán Lyng seems to be catching fire once more while Redmond Barry should be a key figure at centre forward. It all points to Wexford salvaging manager Jason Ryan’s difficult second season that initially looked certain to end without so much as a whimper.
