With Powerscourt and Arklow qualifying for the Ulster Bank All-Ireland Women's Four-ball final, the national pennant is destined for Wicklow for the first time. Out of an entry of more than 250 clubs, Powerscourt beat Galway 2-1 in a thrilling semi-final at Tullamore that saw two matches go to the 18th, while Arklow beat City of Derry by the same margin with the decisive points, also gained on the 18th green.
