RacingZilch can take advantage of the recent wet spell by landing the TSG Seaton Delaval Trophy Handicap at Newcastle today.
Michael Bell's runner puts his best foot forward on ground that's seen a bit of rain, so any showers will help his chances. Having said that, the six-year-old can also acquit himself well on good ground, as he proved at Newmarket last time when fourth in a decent handicap.
Zilch was beaten only two lengths by Royal Storm despite looking as though he did not find the downhill run ideal, and a flatter track is sure to suit better.
Most Definitely appears to be a bit difficult to win with, but trainer Tim Easterby could have placed him to good effect in the TSG IBM Handicap. The four-year-old has had a bad case of seconditis, finishing in the runner-up spot on his last six starts. Most Definitely was three and half lengths behind Sahem on his seasonal bow at Carlisle earlier in the month, just running out of gas in the closing stages. The son of Definite Article is genuine enough and hopefully he can end his barren spell.
