Food ingredient giant Glanbia has given itself less than two years to complete a €150 million processing facility at Belview Port, Kilkenny, aimed at putting up to 30 per cent of all Ireland's milk produce into export markets.

The official ground-breaking ceremony was performed yesterday by Minister for the Environment Phil Hogan.
