Knight Frank is guiding more than €1.25 million for a vacant retail building at 61/62 Mary Street, Dublin 1.
The part three- and four-storey building has an overall floor area of 836sq m (9,000sq ft) including 278sq m (3,000sq ft) of retail space at street level as well as on the first floor.
The building will probably rent for around €125,000 per year.
