Computer services company LogMeIn has opened new offices on the top floor of the eight-storey Bloodstone Building at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin 2.
The company, which provides cloud computing and mobile services, has agreed a rent of €301 per sq m (€28 per sq ft) for 436sq m (4,700sq ft), according to Paul Hipwell of Lisney.
Both Lisney and HT Meagher O'Reilly are jointly marketing the remaining 9,290sq m (100,000sq ft) in the building and the interconnecting Block B, which was originally occupied by AIB Capital Markets. The complex is one of only five developments available in the central business district with more than 9,290sq m (100,000sq ft) of office space.
Michael Healy of savills acted for the tenant.
