Elliott Construction balance sheet shows €2.8m in shareholder funds

Builder’s accounts show assets up, debt down

Elliott Construction had net assets of almost €3 million on January 31st 2015, according to the latest figures filed.

The building company’s accounts show that that shareholder funds grew 33 per cent to €2.8 million from €2.2 million in the 12 months to the end of January last year.

Its debts came to €2.9 million on the same date, a fall of 10 per cent on the €3.2 million that it owed creditors one year previously.

Elliott is a building and civil engineering business that works across all sectors of the construction industry.

Its recent high-profile projects include the construction of a cystic fibrosis unit in Cavan General Hospital and the Irish Aviation Authority’s headquarters on D’Olier Street in Dublin.
