The Fianna Fail MEP, Mr Liam Hyland, yesterday said a proposal before the European Parliament meant Irish chocolate would not be able to describe itself as chocolate because of its high milk content. A Fianna Fail spokesman said Irish and British chocolate sold abroad would have to be labelled "household milk chocolate".
