Vienna - Hundreds of protesters, demonstrating about Germany's high unemployment rate, gathered outside the Austrian holiday home of the German Chancellor, Mr Helmut Kohl, yesterday. Seeking to embarrass the chancellor before the German general elections in September, about 50 protesters swam out into the lake which Mr Kohl's holiday home overlooks and began shouting slogans towards his house.
