William Harvey is reporting interest in the former AMCOR building on an extensive site at Jamestown Road, Finglas, Dublin 11, which is to be offered for sale at €3.9 million.
The 7.07 acre site is suitable for a mixed-use development, according to the selling agents. The uses permissible include residential, offices, petrol station and shops.
The industrial buildings on site extend to 14,586sq m (157,002 sq ft), have mixed heights but are in good condition. If it is to be used as a distribution centre, Harvey says that demolishing some of the lower-height buildings would open the way for service yards and retrofitting additional dock level loading doors.
Harvey will also consider letting the facility at an annual rent of around €390,000.
