Agent Knight Frank is guiding in excess of €1 million for a 5.6-acre residential site at Upper Dargle Road in Bray, Co Wicklow, which is for sale by private treaty.

Planning permission was previously granted for a development of 120 residential units on the northern side of the site. This has since lapsed, but the southern end of the site has since been upgraded by Wicklow County Council as part of the County Brook Flood Alleviation Scheme.

The land has spectacular coastal and mountain views and is located about 1.5km to the southwest of Bray town centre.

Knight Frank said site would undoubtedly appeal to a range of developers because of the popularity of Bray as a commuter town with rail, bus and motorway links.
