With a small number of high-quality office campuses in Dublin city now achieving rents of up to €45 per sq ft, Trinity College is hoping to secure €37.50 for office space in its relatively new Trinity Central complex fronting on to Pearse Street.
Joint agents JLL and Murphy Mulhall are handling the letting of 590sq m (6,384sq ft) on the second floor which comes with five car-parking spaces at an expensive €3,500 a space.
The proposed specification will include raised access floors, carpet tiles, floor boxes, suspended ceiling tiles and recessed CAT 2 lighting. The main reception lobby is manned from 7am to 7pm each day.
Trinity Central already accommodates international publishing firm Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute.
Aisling O’Hanlon of JLL says that in today’s market, “more and more companies are becoming aware of the benefits of good design and layout which can have a significant impact on the health, wellbeing and productivity of its occupants . . . therefore Trinity Central could be an excellent solution for those who are seeking the ideal working environment.”
