EUnet, the Internet solutions company, said yesterday it had expanded rapidly in Ireland over the past year but would not release any turnover or profits information. The company said it had "continued to outpace industry growth, particularly at the high end of the market, increasing the number of leased line and ISDN networked customers by over 160 per cent." The number of web hosted customers had increased by over 120 per cent in the same period, EUnet added.
