Refund refused after site gives wrong gym location

She bought a voucher for a number of Power Plate sessions with Body Smart Ireland in Dublin.

They seemed like good value at €32 and she was interested as the venue appeared to be near her house.

She then discovered that the deal site had put a map with the wrong location up so actually the location was quite a distance away.

“When I contacted LivingSocial to request a refund I was told that I wasn’t entitled to anything as I hadn’t contacted them within the seven days they specify in their terms and conditions.

“I did not think this was reasonable given that it was an error on their part that left me with the voucher I didn’t want.

“However, despite complaining I got nowhere and gave up.”

We contacted LivingSocial to see what it had to say but are still awaiting a response.
