RecruitmentPlus, a recruitment agency with offices in Dublin, Dundalk and Limerick, has hired six people and made a €1 million investment in a new property recruitment division to cater for what it says is growing demand for qualified personnel in the property sector.

The company said an urban-led recovery in the residential property sector, as well as renewed construction activity, has spurred demand for experienced real estate agents.

RecruitmentPlus, founded by Anne Fanthom in 1999, currently employs 16 people across all its divisions and has an annual turnover of €4.5 million.

“There is renewed confidence across all sectors,” Ms Fanthom said.
