Three directors and some unnamed members of Sherry FitzGerald management have realised €1.6 million (£1.27 million) after 941,203 shares - almost 7 per cent of the total equity - were placed with a single Irish institutional investor. Mr David Lewis sold 282,181 shares at the placing price of €1.70 to realise €479,707, Mr James Meagher sold 100,000 shares to realise €170,000 while Mr Gerry Murphy sold 59,895 shares to realise €101,821.
