Lumosity is a brain training service that generates a training programme based on what aspects of mental agility you would like to improve, taking into account your age, gender and education. A fitness test is carried out, assessing your current speed, memory and attention, and then you're ready. Unlocking your personalised training programme does involve shelling out €4 per month for a yearly subscription, but there are family plan prices; five accounts for €6.70 per month. There's already an iPhone app and the Android one was released in June so you can continue to flex your grey matter on the go.
