In a report headed "`Share the Wealth" march is announced" in yesterday's editions, reference was made to a conference of shop stewards on alternatives to national wage agreements at the Teachers' Club, Parnell Square, Dublin. The date and time were omitted. It will take place on Saturday next, September 25th, at 11 a.m.

The title of a book by Jack Holland, reviewed on September 11th, was incorrect. The correct title is Hope Against History: The Ulster Conflict.

In an article headed "Primary teachers to strike over principals' dual role" in Monday's editions, reference was made to a statement by the INTO that a principals' review group had been set up in spring 1997 and had been due to report in June 1998. In fact, while the group was first mooted in 1997, it was not formally established until March 1998. The report from the group, which was originally expected in December 1998, is now expected in the next six weeks.

Where errors occur it is the policy of The Irish Times to correct or clarify as soon as practicable.
