The Charles behind this quietly beguiling affair is a Los Angeles-based French artist named Charlotte Lindèn Ercoli Coe who began making music as a sideline from her work as a videographer.

Coe has a way of making hazy, gauzy pop tunes with sharp-as-a-tack, alluring hooks submerged in the melodies.
