Ingredients
- 100g Self-Raising Flour
- 100g Unflavoured Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- Oil spray for frying
- 30g Tomato and Basil Sauce
- 20g Grated Cheese
- 25g Mozzarella
- Toppings of choice
- Salad to serve
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Line a pizza/baking tray with baking paper
3. Mix your flour, yoghurt and herbs in a bowl until a dough is formed
4. Roll out dough (cover surface and roller with flour if necessary) into a circle and fold around edges to
create a pizza crust
5. Spray a frying pan with oil and lightly toast your dough on the pan until it turns a golden colour
6. Transfer lightly-toasted pizza base to lined baking tray and add your Tomato and Basil sauce, cheese,
mozzarella and any toppings of choice
7. Bake in the oven for 12-14mins
