Lisney is quoting rents of £30 per sq ft for two new shops under construction beside Castle Street, the main shopping street in Dalkey village, Co Dublin. The shops will have 1,100 sq ft and 570 sq ft and once they have been let on 25-year leases, it is planned to sell the investments. The agency is suggesting the net yield from the investments will be 6 per cent.
