One of Dublin's largest housebuilders, Castlethorn Developments, plans to release 32 three and four-bedroom homes in the latest phase of its Riverwood scheme at Carpenterstown Road, Castleknock, Dublin 15. The earlier phases of the scheme were a runaway success because of the move away from traditional layouts, the availability of five different house types and the decision to build the houses in clusters rather than straight lines.

Agent Gerry Leahy continues to handle sales in the Riverwood scheme, where three-bedroom houses will cost from £137,000 to £142,000 and large four-bedroom homes will be available from £156,000 to £171,000. Showhouses open on Saturday and Sunday from 3 to 5 pm.
