Delphi Software has leased the first floor of the newly completed Stillorgan Plaza in Co Dublin. The company will be paying a rent of £14 per sq ft for 12,000 sq ft of office space. The deal means that only 2,400 sq ft of retail space remains to be let by joint agents Spain Courtney Doyle and Druker Fanning. Gunne acted for Dellphi.
