IRISH athlete T. J. Kearns has joined estate agents O'Connor Shannon as a director of its commercial and valuation departments in its new Rathmines office in Dublin 6. A chartered surveyor, he previously worked with Lambert Smith Hampton.

He is the Irish record holder in the 110 metre hurdles event and competed in the Seoul, Barcelona and Atlanta Olympic Games.
