Ahern cancels Scottish visit

The Taoiseach, Mr Ahern cancelled a trip to a Catholic shrine in Scotland after fears were raised about sectarian tensions. Labour MP Mr Frank Roy, who constituency contains the site, said he had advised the Irish government the visit was ill-timed.
