London - Three of Britain's most senior judges will tomorrow hear applications from human rights groups and the Chilean government to intervene in the rehearing of the extradition case of former dictator Gen Augusto Pinochet (83). The three law lords will consider petitions from Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the Republic of Chile.

Meanwhile seven peers have been appointed to hear the fresh appeal by Gen Pinochet against moves to extradite him to Spain.
