LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas - The convicted Whitewater defendant, James McDougal, said yesterday he may ask his old friend, President Clinton, for a pardon, but he also hinted he might be open to a deal with prosecutors. McDougal, who faces up to 84 years in prison after being found guilty on Tuesday of 18 counts of fraud, said: "If they [the prosecutors] want to talk with me, they know where to find me."
