Driver dies after collision with truck

A man in his mid-40s died after his car was in collision with a truck at Powerstown, on the main Carlow-Kilkenny road, yesterday afternoon. A driver died after his car collided with another car near Ashbourne, Co Dublin, yesterday morning. Both cars were travelling towards Dublin. Gardai said the other driver's injuries were not i said his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
