The Duke of York visited Northern Ireland yesterday for a series of engagements with the security forces. Prince Andrew, who is colonel-in-chief of the Royal Irish Regiment, presented new colours to Territorial Army soldiers of the 4th and 5th Battalion of the Royal Irish Rangers at a ceremony at St Patrick's Barracks, Ballymena, Co Antrim. It was the 50th anniversary of the Territorial Army's formation in Northern Ireland.
