Tampa - US police said yesterday they had ticketed a car parked at an expired meter in this Florida city without noticing a man was dying inside after being bound and shot in the head.
Mr Robert Enlow (69), reported to be a witness at an upcoming bank fraud trial, was taken to Tampa General Hospital when another officer noted the situation. The victim died later.
