The absenteeism rate among nurses at Ennis General Hospital is almost four times more than the HSE target level, a new report has found.
In its first review of services at the hospital, the HSE Healthstat report has found that absenteeism among nurses in September was 12 per cent. The national target for the HSE is 3.5 per cent.
