Athens - The Greek government said yesterday that former king Constantine, now living in exile in London, will not be able to return to the country of his birth as long as he insists on using his royal title.
Following speculation in the pro-government daily newspaper To Vima that the former king wants to establish a permanent home in Greece, an official spokesman said a return would have to meet certain conditions.
