Further remand on new age death

A man was yesterday further remanded charged with the murder of a new age traveller

A man was yesterday further remanded charged with the murder of a new age traveller. Before Limerick District Court was Mr John James Kelly (36), also a new age traveller, of the Commons, Curreeny, Kilcommon, Co Tipperary, and a native of Ayrshire in Scotland.

He was charged with the murder of Mr Chris Cybulla (42), at the Commons, Curreeny, Kilcommon, Co Tipperary, contrary to common law, on December 28th. He was remanded in custody to Limerick District Court on February 16th.
