INTO elects replacement for Joe O'Toole

Mr John Carr has been elected new INTO general secretary. He succeeds Senator Joe O'Toole who retires this summer.

Mr Carr, from Co Donegal, was elected with over 9,000 vote. He becomes general secretary-designate at the beginning of October.
